FIRST TIME BUYERS BEWARE!!! I don't know what I would've done without don. As a first time buyer with very little help, he made the experience less scary and helped me understand the ins and outs of lending. It's been two years since my first purchase, and I feel like I've learned so much just from our casual conversations about the market and what to look out for. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate my wild night-time work schedule where I sleep when the sun is out.
